Refund policy


Returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective and up to 15 days after receipt.

In the case of receiving a defective product, the customer must contact us immediately via email at, detailing the product and the defect.

During this period, you can return, with full refund of the price of the product but not the shipping costs, after this period, only defective products can be returned. The return of used, washed or damaged products by the User will not be accepted.

A courier will be sent to the customer's address (or place of preference) to pick it up and replace it. In such a case, Dossae Formentera will bear the transport costs.


The refund will be made to the form of payment made at the time of payment of the purchase.
