Returns & Exchanges
Returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective and up to 15 days after receiving it.
In the event of receiving a defective product, the customer must contact us immediately via email at email@example.com , detailing the product and the defect.
During this period, you can return, with a full refund of the price of the product but not the shipping costs, after this period, only defective products can be returned. The return of products used, washed or damaged by the User will not be accepted.
A courier will be sent to the customer's address (or place of your choice) to pick it up and replace it. In such a case, Dossae Formentera will bear the transport costs.
